We provide healthy, home cooked meals to 100+ of our guests every week.

Recently we have had as many as 100 guests join us for dinner on Saturday nights. Thursday lunches are becoming increasingly popular with 30-40 guests joining us for a meal.

Meals are held at 45 Cliff Road, Tauranga City. Sit-down service starts 12pm Thursday and 5pm Saturday, with take-away meals available from 12:30 and 5:30 on these days.

We also provide:

• Hot showers, clean towels and toiletries from 10.15am-12.45pm Thursdays and 3.15pm- 5.45pm Saturdays.

• Partnership with clothes on Wheels, who provide free clothing at our Thursday lunches and Saturday dinners.

• Partnership with Buzzy Cuts, providing free haircuts for our guests two Thursdays a month.

• We provide tents, sleeping bags, non-perishable food items, extra toiletries, personal and dental hygiene items, pet food and seasonal necessities like jackets, beanies, socks, sunscreen and deodorant whenever possible.

WE PROMOTE KINDNESS AND COMPASSION:

• Our homeless community is just that- a community. We encourage social connection over the sharing of kai.

• Our aim is to provide access to kai for those in need in a compassionate environment, without judgment. Anyone who turns up, regardless of their circumstances, is given a meal and treated with kindness and respect.
